\nWhat is free before I activate Wedding Suite?<\/summary>\n

Couples get a light portal on every inquiry \u2014 contact info, ceremony and rehearsal location, date and time, and The Story of You. In your studio you track the lead, set statuses manually, and prep pricing and contracts. When you open Wedding Suite, the portal expands to Vow Workshop, ceremony element browser, VIP list, ceremony collaboration, contracts, payments (including payment-only links), plus guest, VIP, and vendor portals and day-of tools.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhat does one credit buy?<\/summary>\n

One credit opens Wedding Suite for one wedding \u2014 the full couple portal (Vow Workshop, ceremony browser and collaboration, VIP list, contracts, payments with payment-only links), guest\/VIP\/vendor portals, and day-of mode for that event.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhen should I activate Wedding Suite?<\/summary>\n

Whenever you want the full couple portal and ceremony tools live: on every inquiry, after you review a lead, when the couple books, or never \u2014 you can stay on free lead tracking as long as you like.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs there a monthly fee?<\/summary>\n

No. Lead tracking and the light couple portal cost nothing. You only buy credits when you need Wedding Suite for additional weddings beyond your signup bonus.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow does Magic Import work?<\/summary>\n

Paste messy text \u2014 old ceremony scripts, reusable elements, or VIP lists. The system suggests structure; you review and edit before it affects procession, seating, or portals.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs AI required for vows?<\/summary>\n

No. Using AI is never required. Polish, romanticize, lengthen, and shorten are always available on each partner's draft \u2014 couples choose whether to tap them.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDoes Day-of Mode work without cell service?<\/summary>\n

Download an offline backup before the ceremony. Day-of Mode is built for venues with weak Wi\u2011Fi or no signal.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
