Four outcomes
Bookings is the business side of the wedding.
Your CRM helps you book the wedding. Studio helps you do the wedding, too — starting with Bookings.
Never lose an inquiry
Forms, automatic replies, and follow-ups so every lead lands in one pipeline instead of an inbox thread.
Turn the inquiry into a booking
Quote, contract, signatures, and deposit — when you activate the wedding and the couple is ready.
Keep everything about the couple together
Contact information, venues, story, messages, and payments on one wedding record.
Then keep going
That same wedding record becomes their Officiant Suite and/or DJ Suite workspace when it is time to prepare and perform the event.
The journeyFour steps from inquiry to booked
Capture the inquiry (free)
Embed a quote form or a general contact form on your website — or add a wedding record by hand. Both web forms create a wedding record, send an auto-reply with a magic link, and queue follow-ups.
Work the pipeline by hand
Move New Lead → In Discussion → Lost or Booked yourself. The couple gets a light portal — contact, venues, and The Story of You — while you decide. Draft packages and contracts in the studio before anything goes live.
Quote, e-sign, and get paid
Activate the wedding. Packages, contracts, Stripe, and a payment-only link for a parent go live. Signatures and payments then advance the wedding record for you.
Keep the same wedding record
Officiant for the ceremony, DJ for the reception — portals, vows, script, and music sit on the same booking record. You are not exporting the couple into another app.
Website to wedding record
Every inquiry becomes a wedding record — not an email thread
A quote request, a “just asking” contact form, or a wedding you add by hand all land in the same pipeline. The couple gets a magic link immediately. You get a record you can actually work.
Quote form
Embed it or share a hosted link. Configurable fields for the couple, date, venues, and the services they want — with an optional package picker that builds an auto-quote.
Contact form
For people who do not have a date yet. Same result: a wedding record in your pipeline, an auto-reply, and a light portal they can finish later.
Follow-ups from day one
Scheduled emails queue from the first inquiry — no activation required. Merge tags fill names, dates, and the couple’s magic link.
Lead sources you can report on
Website, referral, bridal show, phone. Add a wedding record by hand when the lead did not come through a form.
Before and after activation
Start free. Activate the wedding when you need the full workspace.
Activate a wedding for $15. Activation is permanent. Your company pays once per wedding even when unlimited staff work the same event. Solo professionals never pay more than $60 in a calendar month; team monthly maximums are $99 for 2–5 operators and $149 for 6–15 operators — and there is no monthly subscription.

Pipeline detail
Statuses, reporting, and the mechanics underneath
Detailed pipeline statuses, field behavior, and reporting stay here for pros who want them — they are not the headline.
Booking pipeline
Morgan & Alex
- New Lead
- In Discussion
- Awaiting Signature
- Awaiting Deposit
- Booked
Paid and Balance Due badges sit on the pipeline so you can see who owes money without opening every wedding.
Statuses that mean something
New Lead, In Discussion, Awaiting Couple Signature, Awaiting Counter Signature, Awaiting Deposit, Booked Balance Due, Booked Paid in Full — plus Lost: Declined, Ghosted, Did Not Book, Cancelled.
Action Required
Your dashboard surfaces unread messages, unsigned contracts, and balances due instead of making you hunt through email.
You still have the last word
Move any wedding record by hand. Auto-advance never touches Lost, Postponed, or Completed.
Reports when you need them
Pipeline funnel and lead sources include free inquiries. Revenue, AR aging, and CSV export cover activated weddings.
The couple record
One place to answer who they are — and what they last said
Names, how they prefer to be addressed, contact details, venues, and The Story of You live on the wedding record. That same record feeds contracts, scripts, and the couple portal — so you are not retyping Morgan as Morghan three tools later.
Couple info
Partner names, address, email, phone, and private notes. Display names flow into merge tags for contracts and ceremony language.
Logistics snapshot
Rehearsal, ceremony, and reception venues with contacts, date and time, and notes you do not want in a text thread.
The Story of You
How they met, about them, and the wedding they want — in the light portal from the first inquiry, before you activate the wedding.
Questionnaires when you are ready
Assign intake forms from your studio library. They go live for the couple after you activate the wedding — not as a disconnected Google Form.
Internal Notes
- Staff-only chronological feed
- Phone calls, meeting logs, and backstage reminders
- Pin the reminder you cannot afford to miss
- Family dynamics, vendor callbacks, license tracking
- Never shown to the couple
Messages
- Couple thread in the app, with email notifications
- Partner-private rooms when one person needs a side conversation
- Staff-only rooms for your team
- Unread messages land on Action Required
Contracts & money
The contract, the invoice, and the payment are not in another tab — or worse, another system or app. They live in the same wedding record.
Draft packages and contract templates free in your studio. When you activate the wedding, the couple reviews a quote, e-signs, and pays — and a parent can pay without seeing the planning.
Templates, signatures & initials
Merge tags fill names, dates, and package details. The couple signs. Your studio counter-signs. Initials mark the clauses that matter. Addendums cover scope changes and cancellations. Wedding officiant contract software.
Packages you actually configure
Packages, add-ons, extras, taxes, and discounts — with the option to auto-quote from the inquiry form. Pricing locks when the contract goes out; recall it or write an addendum to change it.
Stripe plus the way they actually pay
Card payments run through Stripe in the portal. Record Venmo, checks, and cash on the ledger so the balance is still true.
Dad can pay. Dad cannot plan.
Send a payment-only link. The payer sees the invoice — not vows, the script, or the couple portal.
Then keep going
Bookings first. Suite tools when the job needs them.
The same wedding record also holds the run of show, VIP roster, vendors, and checklists. Portals, Officiant Suite, and DJ Suite sit on that record — not a second login.
Portals
Passwordless magic links and QR codes for the couple, guests, VIPs, and vendors. The light couple portal starts free with the inquiry.
Event management
Venues, one run of show, checklists, vendors, and VIPs — the plan every portal and Day-of Mode reads.
Officiant Suite
Ceremony scripts, vows, procession, seating, Day-of Mode, and emergency backup — built for the people who stand at the altar.
DJ Suite
Music plans, formalities, and a guest request queue you control — planning tools, not playback software.
Questions wedding pros ask
Bookings, without the CRM runaround.
Is Bookings a CRM?
Yes. CRM means customer relationship management — the software most wedding pros use to track leads, contracts, and invoices. Bookings is that CRM, built into Studio. The public name is Bookings because generic CRMs stop there. Studio includes those tools, then keeps going into the wedding itself.
What is free, and what needs wedding activation?
Capturing inquiries, the lead pipeline, scheduled follow-ups, and a light couple portal are free. Quotes, contracts, e-signatures, payments, questionnaires, and the full couple portal open when you activate that wedding. Activating a wedding costs $15. Solo professionals never pay more than $60 in a calendar month; team monthly maximums are $99 for 2–5 operators and $149 for 6–15 operators.
Do statuses move automatically?
While a wedding is still a free lead, you move it by hand. After the wedding is activated, sending the contract, couple signatures, your company counter-sign, and payments advance the wedding for you. Lost, postponed, and completed stay protected so auto-advance cannot overwrite them.
How do couples pay?
Card payments run through Stripe in the couple portal. You can also record Venmo, checks, cash, and other offline payments on the ledger. Send a parent or sponsor a payment-only link so they can pay without seeing vows, the script, or planning.
Can I embed the inquiry form on my website?
Yes. Use a hosted link or embed the form on your site. The quote form captures ceremony details; the general contact form is for people who are not ready with a date yet. Both create a wedding in your pipeline, and you can still add a wedding by hand for bridal shows and referrals.
Will the couple see my private notes?
No. Internal Notes are staff-only. Messages are the couple-facing thread. Field-level notes on contacts and venues stay in the studio record.
