How the monthly maximum works
$15 per wedding. Monthly maximums by operators.
Activation is permanent. Your company pays only once for a wedding, even when multiple staff members work on it. There is no monthly subscription. A month with no activations costs $0.
Monthly maximums are based on qualifying operators — people who actively perform weddings under the Studio account. Administrative, read-only, client, guest, and other support access does not count unless that person also performs weddings. Solo maximum $60; 2–5 operators $99; 6–15 operators $149; 16+ contact us.

Is this only for wedding officiants?
No. The current beta is Bookings, Officiant Suite, and DJ Suite. Officiants, DJs/MCs, and professionals who do both are welcome. Bookings — inquiries, couples, contracts, payments, and portals — is shared on the same wedding.
Do I need to pay every month?
No. There is no monthly subscription. Wedding activation is $15 a wedding. Solo professionals never pay more than $60 in a calendar month. Team monthly maximums are $99 for 2–5 operators and $149 for 6–15 operators. An operator is someone who actively performs weddings — not every login or support role.
What does wedding activation unlock?
Activating the wedding for $15 opens the full workspace for that wedding: planning forms, contracts, e-signatures, payments, the full couple portal, and role-specific portals — plus the Officiant or DJ tools that event needs.
Is this too complicated if I only do a few weddings each year?
The free account lets you start with the basics: inquiry tracking, statuses, and setup. You can activate the wedding only where the extra workflow is worth it.
How is this different from a generic CRM?
Most client-management tools stop at leads, contracts, and payments. Studio includes those booking tools, then keeps going into the wedding itself — private vows, ceremony elements, procession and seating, and day-of mode for officiants; music plans and guest requests for DJs.
Can I connect ChatGPT or Claude to my Studio?
Yes. Open Studio Settings → AI Assistant, copy your Studio link, and add it as a custom connector in ChatGPT or Claude. Sign in when prompted. Your AI can then answer questions about your schedule and couple checklists using live Studio data.
