Free lead tracking · Activate the wedding when ready

Getting started

Set up your studio from first login through your first booked wedding — Officiant Suite, DJ Suite, or both.

  1. Create your studio

Visit Create your studio. You receive your own subdomain, free lead tracking, and starter wedding activations — no card required.

  2. Complete studio setup

Open your Studio Portal and work through Getting Started: company name and logo, services, booking phases, inquiry form, and availability. The checklist marks each step done when you save.

Where: Studio Setup → Company, Services, Booking Phases. Booking and Packages → Inquiry Form, Availability.

  3. Publish your inquiry form

Embed or link your inquiry form on your website. Submit a test inquiry yourself so you can see how a new couple appears as a wedding in your pipeline.

Where: Booking and Packages → Inquiry Form. Copy your public link or embed code from Share & Embed at the bottom of that page.

  4. Review packages and pricing

Add at least one package on your rate card so you are ready to quote inside a wedding after wedding activation is active. Wedding Financials, invoices, and payment collection require activation — free inquiries do not include in-app pricing.

Where: Booking and Packages → Packages & Pricing.

  5. Work your first wedding (free)

Every inquiry gets a wedding workspace. Move booking stages as you talk with the couple. They receive a light couple portal — date, venues, and The Story of You — at no cost while you decide whether to book.

Where: My Business → My Weddings. Use the Dashboard pipeline counters to filter by status.

  6. Activate the wedding when ready

When the couple is ready for the full portal, activate the wedding on that wedding ($15 per wedding; solo monthly maximum $60; team maximums $99 / $149). Activate inside Studio or see pricing.

Where: Open the wedding → full wedding workspace card, or My Business → full wedding workspace.
